WORKING WITH ME

Working together is an investment in time, in honesty and in ourselves. I work with people who bring some capacity for self-reflection and a willingness to engage with what we find. We don’t need to have the answers. We need to be willing to ask the questions together.

I also know that getting here is not always straightforward. Exhaustion, defeat, shame and simply not knowing where to begin are real.

It is worth asking quietly: is this what I want to carry into my future? What am I hoping to change, understand or move through? Those questions are not barriers. They are the beginning of the work.

Why

Thrive

Alive

Much of this work is about feeling fully present again: in ourselves, in our relationships, in our lives. The question underneath is almost always the same: how do we move from simply functioning to thriving?

I believe everyone, regardless of background, class, gender, culture or identity, deserves to thrive in their life and to feel alive in it.

This work can be difficult and clients describe it as restorative and transformative. It begins wherever we are, however far that feels from where we want to be. We can begin to create something that aligns with us, whether that’s connecting more to our bodies and/or improving our relationships with ourselves and with others. That is what Thrive Alive Therapy is built on.

What I ask

I work best with people who are curious about themselves, willing to be honest and able to commit to the process even when it becomes uncomfortable. We don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. We do need to arrive willing to look.

I ask for reasonable notice if a session needs to move and I hold the boundaries of our work carefully, because that container is part of what makes it safe.
